April 28, 2011 Meeting Highlights:
- The board is investigating the felling of
the large Hickory tree in A pen. Board will
review and report at May meeting.
- A
small plastic kids pool found in B pen (assumed
for water) members asked not to do this.
Standing water can cause the hounds and rabbits
to become ill. Water is available at the club if
needed. Fresh water is placed at gates on trial
days for your hounds.

Members are reminded
running grounds are closed during a trial event.
All classes must be completed before grounds can
be used for open running. No EXCEPTIONS!

Motion was passed, Persons
in charge of scheduled work party are to show up
regardless of weather conditions. If party is to
be cancelled, leader must stay for 1 hr.(8-9)
all members that show will receive 1 hr credit.
Jim suggested if weather is a concern to call
before making the drive.

Cash raffle tickets were
due @ 4/28 meeting. 18 people outstanding.
tickets need to be turned in no later than 5/22
in AM.

AKC trial 5/21-5/22. We
are in need of judges marshalls and gallery
marshalls.

Gallery marshalls will get
credit for field work this year.

Bruce is looking for food
donations for trial weekend. Ham dinner sat,
chicken dinner sun. Please contact Bruce if you
wish to bring a dish.

Club fun trial is being
considered. Arin wood looking at possible dates.
also discussed extending invite to Java Village
members.
