August 26, 2011 Meeting Highlights:
- Club President Jim Moore reminded members
that are short work hrs. running privileges are
suspended as of 9/1 until work hrs. are
completed.
- As discussed earlier in the year. A deer
hunting policy for Pioneer was presented to
membership. Members wishing to hunt the club
must read and sign policy prior to hunting.
Forms will be made available on website. refer
questions to any board member or Jim directly.
- Trapping season is coming. Permits expected
to be available at next meeting.
- Board approved the purchase of up to 40
feeders from Tractor Supply. 20% discount was
given for the purchase.
- Still plenty of grounds work to be done.
Anyone wishing to help out contact Joel Taylor.
- Membership approved putting Pioneer in the
list of clubs willing to host IBGA championship
in 2012.
- Motion made to post club property. Motion
passed and posting party to be done.
